KICS elects Directors on one and two year terms.

“In order to establish a level of continuity, staggered terms will be initiated with the 2006 Annual General Meeting. One half of the directors shall be elected for a two year term and one half for a one year term. Only those whose terms have expired will step down at the AGM.”

“That we may preserve continuity within the Board, at the beginning of the AGM a significant number of Directors will still have another year to serve.”
