The instructions in this FAQ use yoursite.com in examples. Replace yoursite.com with your domain name. Non-profits that don't have their own domain name, however, will use youraccount.kics.bc.ca. In this case, replace youraccount with your KICS Account name. Please review these pages carefully. Your hosting with KICS includes unlimited email addresses.*

In addition to the original email address that we setup for you (webmaster@yoursite.kics.bc.ca or webmaster@yoursite.com), you can create as many additional addresses as you wish.

To create new email addresses, visit your Tools page. It is located at www.yoursite.com/tools (replace www.yoursite.com with the actual address of your website).

After logging into your Tools page, you can set up new email addresses and reconfigure your existing addresses.

You can create an email address for anyone. If they want to check their email from our Log Into Your Webmail page, they simply need to know the email address and password that you created for them. However, we generally recommend that everyone set up an email client as described in the Retrieving Email section.

While your email accounts all have a username and password, no one can log into your KICS Account without your Account/ FTP password.
